Arnav Amin, EVP, Central & Texas Region
Arnav Amin is the Executive Vice President of the OHLA USA's Judlau Contracting division, overseeing all operations and activities in the Central & Texas region and is based in Chicago. Arnav joined the company in 2014 and has more than 20 years of construction experience serving in senior management roles. At Judlau, Arnav is responsible for leading the company’s growth and expansion in the region and identifying new business opportunities. He is also responsible for staffing, supervising projects, and managing owner relationships. Arnav has his Master's degree in Construction Management from Anderson School of Management at University of New Mexico.
Uday Durg, EVP, North East Region
Uday Durg serves as the Executive Vice President of OHLA USA´s Judlau Contracting division, responsible for the company’s North East region. In this role, Uday overseas all operations and development for the region, a key market for the company. Uday joined Judlau in 2016 and has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry including executive management and oversight related to schedule, estimating, quality, safety, and budget. Prior to Judlau, Uday was senior executive of Capital Construction for New York’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
Tony Bagheri, EVP, Western Region
Tony serves as Executive Vice President of OHLA USA’s Western Region and OHL USA. In this role, Tony is responsible for all operations and development in the region focusing on California. He has more than 32 years of experience in general and heavy civil engineering and construction, focusing on transportation infrastructure and utility projects. He has completed projects for the City of Los Angeles and other agencies in Southern California. Tony's experience also includes federal projects through the United States Army Corps of Engineers and rail projects for such private companies as Burlington North Santa Fe (BNSF) and Union Pacific.
Bernardo Perez, EVP, Southeast Building
Bernardo (Bernie) Perez, R.A. Executive Vice President of Construction and President of Building and Arellano Construction. He is responsible for overseeing the entire construction process all items related to construction operations including staffing assignments, project plan development, cost and schedule analysis, employee training, and owner and subcontractor negotiations, among others. Mr. Perez is involved with all aspects of a project to ensure continuity and accountability. He has more than 16 years of experience as a healthcare construction manager and an architect designing healthcare facilities, having managed multiple hospital projects, varying in scope, size and complexity. Bernie is a registered Architect in the State of Florida.
Don Hickey, EVP, Southeast Civil Region
Donald (Don) Hickey, P.E., is Executive Vice President for the southeast civil division of OHLA USA. In this role, Don has corporate management responsibility over the four regional offices and asphalt plants, which make up Community Asphalt Corporation (CAC), and reports to Ashok Patel, CEO of OHLA USA. Prior to being appointed EVP in early 2019, Don was Operations Manager of CAC and also served as Operations Manager in Judlau Contracting, Inc., a subsidiary of OHLA in the Northeast. Don has extensive experience in the construction business dating back to 1994 and has managed numerous multi-million dollar transportation projects. Mr. Hickey holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Manhattan College and is an active member in the Moles, an organization of professionals engaged in the construction of tunnel, subway, sewer, foundation, marine, sub-aqueous or other heavy construction projects.
