Paloma Munoz, EVP,  Management Controls & Risk

Paloma Munoz is the Executive Vice President of Management Controls & Risk Management for OHL North America. In this role, Ms. Munoz oversees corporate policies, procedures and management controls, evaluates risk and opportunities, and analyzes financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainable growth. She has been with the OHL Corporation since 2007, when she began working at the headquarters in Madrid, Spain. She came to OHL NA in 2010 and has been serving in her current role since 2015.

Martin Saitzyk, Chief Financial Officer, Judlau Contracting, Inc.

Martin Saitzyk is the Chief Financial Officer of OHL North America. In this role, he is responsible for risk management, vendor relations, financial planning, data analysis, and systems management and improvement. He is also charged with overseeing the MIS department. Prior to joining the team at Judlau, Mr. Saitzyk worked as an accounting manager, where he prepared monthly financial reports and analyzed budgets. He has worked for the company since 1998, serving as an Assistant Controller for Judlau Contracting before taking his role as an executive of OHL NA.

Robert Sammons, Chief of Staff & VP Procurement

Robert Sammons serves as both Chief of Staff and Vice President of Procurement for OHL North America. As Chief of Staff, he works with the CEO, Ashok Patel, to coordinate the efforts of all of our divisions and implement company-wide changes consistently among them. As the Vice President of Procurement, he reviews large procurements made by the company and ensures proper management of our numerous yards, plants and warehouses. He has been with Judlau since 2007, working in estimating and project management before becoming Chief of Staff, and then later taking on the role of VP Procurement, for OHL NA.

Adam Ingber, Interim Chief Human Resources Officer 

Adam Ingber was appointed Interim Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) for OHL North America in 2018. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing all Human Resources and Recruitment for the company throughout all divisions in the U.S. Adam has more than 11 years of experience in the construction industry and is knowledgeable in all areas of Human Resources. Adam joined OHL in 2015 as Director of Human Resources for Judlau and its affiliate companies. In 2016, he was appointed as Director of Recruiting for OHL North America. Before joining OHL, Adam held other HR roles in the construction industry.

N. Bugwadia

Neville Bugwadia, VP, Business Development 

Neville Bugwadia is the Vice President of Business Development for OHL North America. He is responsible for maintaining relations between the company and its clients, partners, investors, and others. He also seeks out new opportunities and projects across the country for the different OHL divisions to undertake. In addition to his executive role in OHL, he serves on the ACE Mentor Program board of directors.

Cesar Pereira, VP, General Counsel

Cesar Pereira serves as the Vice President and General Counsel for OHL North America. He advises all departments on a variety of legal issues and questions, calling on his 10+ years of experience with corporate and construction law. He is involved in contract review, conflict resolution, risk management and ethical conflicts that may arise within the company. Prior to joining OHL, he was an associate at Peckar and Abramson, P.C., with many more years of legal experience preceding that.
